38 2008 volkswagen jetta fuse diagram

Is it just me or is it odd that there is no fuse panel diagram in the owner's manual? Does anyone have a link?! I found this bypass on my interior Fuse Panel and I am trying to figure out if it's "normal". I'm also looking for the fuse for my trailer lights. Bought my first VW not a week ago, loving the car so far, but learning the difficulties of doing even simple repairs (rear defogger isn't functioning and have learned VW doesn't like giving out the diagrams for the fuse boxes). Anyone have any idea of how to get a hold of a diagram so I can find out which relay runs the rear defroster?

Brake lights and turn signals don’t work. Checked all the fuses and they’re not blown. Checked wiring and nothing is damaged. Anyone have any suggestions? please send help... got a tire changed yesterday, horn and alarm dont work. ofc guy says they didnt touch anything, just changed the wheel. ac not blowing cold air... was cold this morning, now its not. unplugged battery for a few mins, and got power steering light on dashboard, as well as the APS/EPS light. they went away after i started driving, but still no cold air, horn, or alarm... tire place says "we have nothing to do with any of that stuff... maybe the special rim was a modern technol... A fuse has possibly been misplaced under the hood so trying to locate a diagram so I can validate against it. Gas engine/automatic. Any advice is appreciated.

2008 volkswagen jetta fuse diagram. Hey I saw a video talking about “Before you take it in for expensive AC repair, check the fuses first” Well my fuses aren’t labeled as to which is which. Anyone have a useful diagram to show which fuse is for which? From my understanding there should be 2 different types of fuses for the air conditioning Any idea where I might find the fuse box diagram for a 2017 Jetta GLI? Having issues with one of my tail lights (it's not the bulb or the casing), and it was suggested I try to replace the fuse but have no earthly idea how to figure out which fuse corresponds with that rear running light (drivers side). I checked my manual and couldn't find one and can't seem to find one online. Is there an official source I'm missing? Thanks for any help I can’t find any online. The seats will not recline so I’m assuming that it’s a blown fuse. I can only find one for the TDIs, and I can’t find the owners manual.
