I am fixing up a LeSabre I got for free. Shocks were blown, struts are getting replaced, was driven on gravel and not taken care of. The damn brake pedal is still very spongey to the point of being dangerous, esp on hills. I've already had pads and rotors replaced but it's just as spongey. All fluids were topped off. I'm having a hard time figuring out the size of the tubing that goes from the abs system to the wheels since it seems the lines to the master cylinder are bigger than the lines to the wheels, also ISO flares, I cant find a tool that does ISO flares that isn't over $100 and the trick where you use a double flare tool seems sketchy, any help is appreciated (The lines from the ABS system to the wheels blew out and I need to replace both)

The new brake caliper I got is stuck on the rotor because the piston pressing the brake pads is engaged. I don’t know how to disengage it. I’ve tried prying it open with a screwdriver and relieving the pressure to the piston by removing the brake hose, both to no avail. How else is it possible for me to relax the piston in the caliper?
